Role Overview

Taiiki Media is looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Recruiter who can manage end-to-end HR operations along with active recruitment across multiple departments.

The ideal candidate should be organized, observant, people-oriented, and capable of maintaining discipline, culture, and smooth HR processes in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities| Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Hire for multiple roles including:
- Performance Marketing
- Creative (Video Editors, Designers)
- Sales & Business Development
- Operations & Admin
- Actively use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Internshala, and referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final rounds
- Maintain hiring pipeline and recruitment reports

HR Operations
- Handle onboarding & induction process
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations

Performance & Team Management




- Monitor employee performance and discipline
- Support team leaders in performance evaluation
- Conduct review meetings and feedback sessions
- Help maintain a productive and skilled work culture

Employee Engagement & Culture
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts
- Plan engagement activities and team-building initiatives
- Ensure smooth communication between management and team

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6+ years of experience in HR & Recruitment
- Experience hiring across different departments (not limited to marketing)
- Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies
- Good understanding of HR documentation, compliance, and employee lifecycle
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Highly organized and deadline-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
