Role Description The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating final interview rounds with hiring managers. This full-time role is on-site in Gurugram, where the HR Recruiter will collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs, draft job descriptions, and maintain accurate candidate records.

The role involves managing communication with applicants, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding. The HR Recruiter will also help maintain recruitment metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and participate in HR-related events or activities. Regular interaction with internal teams and adherence to company policies and non-discriminatory hiring practices are key components of the position.

Qualifications





- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and skilled networking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or recruitment, especially in a corporate or startup workplace in Gurugram or similar markets, is an advantage.
