HR Recruiter – Pay Per Hire

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a Pay Per Hire model.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment platforms and sourcing tools to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Experience with candidate sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
- Comfortable with calling and speaking with candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to source candidates who are available to work in the PST time zone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Compensation & Replacement Policy
- $250 per successful hire.
- Payment will be made after the hired candidate successfully completes 30 days with the company.
- If the hired candidate resigns or is terminated within the first 30 days,



the recruiter will be required to provide a replacement candidate at no additional cost.
- No payment will be made for the original hire unless a replacement is provided and successfully completes the required 30-day period.
- This is a Pay-Per-Hire position with no fixed salary or hourly compensation.
