Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and managers, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for company requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Prepare and share offer letters and joining-related documents.
- Maintain employee and recruitment records.
- Coordinate with managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Maintain daily recruitment and joining status reports.
- Support onboarding activities for recent employees.
- Handle employee queries related to recruitment and joining.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Perform other HR-related activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements at the same time.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good documentation and record-maintaining skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience Education: Any Graduate / MBA HR / MSW HR or equivalent.

Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or HR. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiner preferred.
- Candidates with logistics, warehouse, e-commerce, or manpower recruitment experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
