-Experience in payroll management within a hospital or healthcare environment
-Proficiency with payroll software, HRIS tools, and robust MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
-Knowledge of labor laws, taxation, social security, and statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and actuarial requirements.
-Fetching - out data from system, compiling attendance and duty roster of all staff, changing duty shift timings.
-Excellence in computation of salary administration.
-Experience handling core HR processes including leave and attendance management, employee benefits, and full-and-final settlements
-Professional HR or payroll certifications.
-Preparing and maintaining MIS.
