We are hiring!
We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to manage recruitment for construction and hospital projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Construction & Healthcare roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and references
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Support HR operations, documentation, and compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 Years experience in Recruitment
- MBA / BBA (HR or relevant field)
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
