Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate documentation.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Hindi fluency is mandatory.
- Candidates from North India are preferred.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in blue-collar recruitment will be an advantage.
