We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team

Position: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
- Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
