Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in an HR/Recruitment Consultancy. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication abilities, and hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer process.
- Ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.




- Experience working in an HR/Recruitment Consultancy is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed and other job portals.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment tools.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in consultancy/recruitment agency hiring.
- Experience handling bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment metrics and follow-up.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is an advantage.
