Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Managing and closing hiring requirements across PAN-India Branches, Corporate Office and Co-Co Centers.
- Employee Engagement – Planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Payroll & Attendance Management – Coordinating and managing payroll-related activities, attendance inputs and employee records.
- Employee Counselling – Conducting active counselling sessions, addressing employee concerns and supporting employee relations.
- Induction & Training – Conducting employee induction, orientation programmes and Branch HR Trainings.
- Joining Formalities – Managing end-to-end joining documentation, verification, onboarding and HR formalities.




- Exit Formalities – Managing resignation, exit documentation, No Dues, Full & Final coordination and employee separation formalities.

We are looking for candidates who have: Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee handling

Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities

Good understanding of HR processes and documentation A proactive, people-oriented and solution-focused approach

Willingness to handle PAN-India HR responsibilities
