Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage contract labor force, ensuring compliance with factory acts and statutory regulations.
- Oversee employee relations, handling grievances and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure industrial relations by maintaining cordial relationships with unions and addressing their concerns.
- Coordinate IR activities such as recruitment, training, and performance appraisals.
Job Requirements :
- 10-18 years of experience in HR Plant role or similar position.
- Robust knowledge of contract labour management, factory act, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent understanding of labour laws and regulations governing the manufacturing industry.
