Role: HR Manager Factory

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 5+ Years in Factory HR / FMCG / Food Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR operations for the factory, including employee records and documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, shift and manpower management.
- Conduct interviews, recruitment and manpower planning as per factory requirements.
- Manage joining formalities, employee documentation and induction.
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters and other HR documents.
- Handle complete exit formalities, including resignation, clearance, full & final coordination and exit documentation.
- Coordinate and support HR audits, statutory audits and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with factory management for manpower requirements and employee-related issues.




- Ensure implementation of company HR policies, rules and procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance data and other HR-related requirements.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance at the factory.

Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, preferably in FMCG / Food Manufacturing / Factory environment.
- Strong knowledge of factory HR operations, attendance, recruitment, joining & exit formalities and audits.
- Positive communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage factory HR operations.
- Location: Sector 37 Gurugram, Haryana.
