HR Manager – Recruitment & Business Development

Location: Shankar Nagar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: 8–12 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – 50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment operations, lead the recruitment team, develop new client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth of the recruitment consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and guide the recruitment team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Monitor end-to-end recruitment activities and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Allocate requirements and guide team members on candidate sourcing and screening.
- Develop new clients and generate recruitment business opportunities.
- Identify potential companies and establish qualified relationships with decision-makers.
- Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for closures.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure quality service delivery.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and recruitment-related discussions.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, closures, and revenue generation.




- Develop strategies to expand the client base and grow consultancy business.
- Prepare and review recruitment and business development MIS reports.
- Train and mentor team members to improve recruitment and client-handling performance.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, staffing, or manpower services.
- Strong experience in recruitment operations and team management.
- Proven experience in business development and new client acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve recruitment and business targets.
- Existing corporate/client network will be an added advantage.
