WE ARE HIRING – HR MANAGER Location: Kolkata Position: HR Manager Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full time We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager who can independently manage and drive the complete HR function of the organisation. ? Key Responsibilities• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle • Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, processes and SOPs • Manage and maintain HRMS – employee records, attendance, leave, shifts, documentation and reports • Handle end-to-end payroll processing , including salary calculations, deductions, incentives, attendance inputs and payroll coordination • Manage joining, onboarding, induction and exit formalities • Handle recruitment and manpower planning as per business requirements • Maintain employee files, HR documentation and records • Manage attendance, leave, overtime, incentives and payroll inputs • Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters and HR-related concerns • Ensure proper documentation of all HR communications and processes • Coordinate with management regarding manpower, performance and employee-related matters • Manage employee performance,



confirmation, appraisal and related HR processes • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies • Prepare regular HR MIS and management reports • Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll and employee-related payments • Ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes ? Candidate Profile• 3+ years of relevant HR experience • Strong knowledge of HR Operations, HRMS and Payroll • Good understanding of HR policies and employee documentation • Experience in handling a complete HR function independently • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR reporting • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally • Strong ownership, discipline and problem-solving skills This role requires someone who can take complete ownership of HR — from employee joining to payroll, policies, compliance and exit. ?
