Urgent Requirement – HR Manager

Position: HR Manager

Location: Sansarpur Terrace, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh

Experience: 8–10 Years

Age: 38 Years & Above

Salary: ₹50,000–₹65,000 CTC per month

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in HR Management or a related field

Key Requirements

- Candidate must be from Himachal Pradesh / Himachal domicile.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliances and statutory requirements.
- In-depth knowledge of Indian HR practices, labour laws, and legal requirements.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations and employee management.
- Good understanding of HR policies, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting will be preferred.
