ADI Group of Institutions is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Management Faculty to deliver high-quality academic and practical training in Human Resource Management. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage students through industry-oriented teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on Human Resource Management and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, case studies, and course materials.
- Teach topics such as Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Labour Laws, Organizational Behaviour, and HR Policies.
- Conduct assessments, examinations, assignments, presentations, and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in academic projects, case studies, presentations, and research activities.
- Provide career guidance and help students develop industry-relevant HR skills.
- Organize workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs.
- Stay updated with current HR practices, workplace trends, employment laws,



and industry developments.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, assessment results, and other required documentation.
- Participate in curriculum development and contribute to the overall academic development of the institution.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and student-friendly learning setting.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration (HR), Management, or a related field.
- Relevant teaching/training experience in HR Management is preferred.
- Candidates with HR industry experience will have an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and student mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching tools.
- A passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing students.
