About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive HR Intern to work directly alongside management. This role provides end-to-end exposure to core Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, generalist operations, employee engagement, and basic legal compliance coordination. High-performing interns will be considered for a permanent HR Executive role upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and job portals, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate trackers.

- Onboarding &
- Operations:

Assist with joining documentation, employee onboarding, attendance, leave tracking, and exit clearance.

- Documentation &

- MIS:

Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files, prepare weekly/monthly HR MIS reports, and ensure data confidentiality.

- Engagement &

- Culture:

Coordinate internal employee communications and engagement initiatives.

- Compliance Coordination:



Assist management and the company’s legal consultant with organizing employment records, compliance documentation, and policy implementation.

Eligibility &

- Qualifications

- Current MBA/PGDM students (final semester) or recent postgraduates specializing in Human Resources.

- Available for an immediate, on-site, 3-month full-time internship.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).

- Professional maturity to handle sensitive and confidential records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
