Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and addressing employee concerns.




- Conduct investigations and resolution of employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews.
- Assist in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Work with vendors to ensure cost-effective and competitive benefit offerings.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ Years of experience in HR management or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
