Job Title: Performance Management Specialist (HR PMS)
Role Summary
Manage the company’s Performance Management System. Help set clear goals, run fair reviews, and improve employee performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, appraisals)
- Help teams set clear KPIs / OKRs that match company goals
- Guide managers and employees on feedback and reviews
- Track results, prepare simple reports, and support fair decisions on rewards and development
- Keep the PMS process smooth and on time
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA (preferably in HR or related field)
- 0–5 years of HR experience, with some work in performance management, Fresher are welcome
- Valuable communication and basic data skills
- Familiar with performance tools or HRMS systems is a plus
