Human Resource Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to support and execute the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, onboarding, and other HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify resource requirements and prepare accurate job descriptions.
- Create targeted keywords to source relevant candidate profiles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Build relationships with training institutions and consulting centres.
- Coordinate with college placement cells in and around Trichy.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job portals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and professional screening calls.
- Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding,



relieving, and other HR activities.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive work workplace.

Eligibility UG: B.E / B.Tech

PG: MBA / MA HRM / MSW / M.Sc Psychology
