Greetings from RAD Resources. A Reputed Jewellery Showroom is looking for an experienced HR Executive (Male/Female) having3-5yrs experience with excellent communication skills.

Salary: 35-42,000/month

Timings: 10:15AM to 8:00PM

Work Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

No. of Working days: 6

Responsibilities:

- Recognizing the manpower needs
- Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
- Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
- Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Preparation and submission of statutory returns under various labour statutes.
- Compliance with all statutory requirements under various labour laws such as PF, Minimum Wages, Employment Exchange, etc. within timelines.
- Responsible for issuing timely Probation Confirmation Appraisal forms.




- Managing and handling the orientation of recent employees
- Assessing the training needs and coordinating the training and development programs for employees
- Managing the employees data of each department
- Overseeing the daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements:

- MBA in Human Resource Management with proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
- Familiarity with human resource software and applicant tracking system.
- Experienced with recruiting and its full cycle.
- Having leadership qualities and abilities.

Note: Immediate Joiners Are Preferred
