Job Title: HR Executive / HR Recruiter

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, HR documentation, onboarding and maintaining a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing
- Post vacancies on Indeed and other recruitment platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain employee records, attendance and leave records
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies and
- company procedures
- Handle employee queries,
- grievances and basic
- HR-related issues

12.Prepare HR reports,



13.documents and trackers

14.Coordinate with management regarding staffing and employee performance

15.Support employee engagement and workplace discipline

16.Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information

17.Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

18.Recruitment and talent acquisition knowledge

19.Basic knowledge of HR operations

- Positive MS Office / Google Workspace skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills
- Qualified attitude and willingness to learn

Education

MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, BA or any relevant graduate qualification preferred.

Experience

0–5 years. Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in HR may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
