Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the HR department in implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, organized, and capable of handling multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.

Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy.

Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.

Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.

Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and performance appraisal processes.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required by management.

Support HR initiatives such as training,



development programs, and employee welfare activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

0–1 years of experience in HR or related role.

Knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and payroll procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP tools.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
