Job Summary

We are looking for an HR executive with at least 1 year of experience in HR operations, preferably from the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, documentation, attendance, and other HR operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR operations and administration
- Manage employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Handle joining and exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations.
- Assist in payroll-related coordination and monthly attendance inputs.




- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
- Handle general HR administration and other responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills

- 1+ year of experience in HR Operations
- Previous experience in real estate / real estate-related industries is preferred.
- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Proactive and responsible approach towards work.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Property Management / Real Estate Services.
- Solid HR operations and employee coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period can be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
