About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR & Social Media Intern who is interested in gaining practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities HR & Recruitment - Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media.

- Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

- Prepare and post job openings on relevant platforms.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Social

Media - Manage and maintain company social media profiles.

- Create and publish engaging recruitment and company-related content.

- Assist in developing social media posts, captions, and creatives.

- Research trending content and improve social media engagement.

- Support lead generation and employer branding activities.

Requirements - Students, freshers, or candidates pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

- Good written English.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Recruitment or social media experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
