We are looking for a smart, quick and organized HR Assistant to assist the HR &

- Corporate Coordinator in day-to-day HR, documentation, coordination and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the HR &
- Corporate Coordinator with daily HR, documentation and corporate coordination activities.

- Prepare, edit, format and maintain letters, reports, agreements, applications and official documents quickly and accurately.

- Maintain a high typing speed with good accuracy and attention to detail.

- Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers and MIS reports.

- Record significant dates, deadlines and follow-up requirements as instructed by the HR &

- Corporate Coordinator.

- Set reminders and proactively inform the concerned person about upcoming deadlines, client follow-ups, submissions, renewals and pending activities.

- Maintain proper records of client correspondence, documents and follow-up status.

- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in collecting required information/documents from project sites.





- Develop a basic understanding of the company's different types of construction and infrastructure projects, including building construction, substations/power projects, pipeline projects, electrical works and other infrastructure projects.

- Support the HR &

- Corporate Coordinator in ensuring that assigned tasks and follow-ups are completed on time.

Required Skills

- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

- Strong command of MS Excel, MS Word and Google Workspace.

- Good document formatting and editing skills.

- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Good written and verbal communication.

- Quick learner with the ability to understand construction/project-related terminology and workflows.

- Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
