- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties as per operational requirements.

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, wards, ICU areas, OT, OPD, corridors, washrooms, waiting areas, and other hospital premises.

- Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning schedules are followed properly.

- Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, PPE, and housekeeping materials.

- Follow and implement hospital infection-control and biomedical waste segregation guidelines.

- Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per hospital procedures.

- Conduct regular rounds and identify areas requiring corrective action.

- Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, cleaning records, and inspection reports.

- Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Control, Engineering, Security, and other departments for housekeeping-related requirements.

- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, grooming, PPE usage,



and infection-control practices.

- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.

- Handle patient/attendant complaints related to cleanliness and ensure timely resolution.

- Monitor consumption and stock availability of housekeeping materials and chemicals.

- Report shortages, damages, incidents, and operational issues to the reporting manager.

- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.

- Support hospital audits, inspections, and quality/accreditation requirements.

- Ensure housekeeping staff follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
