About the Role

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and responsible Hospitality & Operations Associate to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the premises.

The candidate will assist different operational teams with general support activities, including setup, cleaning and upkeep, movement of supplies, basic kitchen and service support, guest-area preparation, and other routine operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, punctual, disciplined, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist operational teams with day-to-day activities and general support requirements.

Assist with setting up and preparing guest and service areas before operations begin.

Support the food and beverage service team whenever required.

Assist the kitchen team with basic preparation, movement of ingredients, utensils, and supplies.

Help in maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas.

Assist with moving, arranging, and storing supplies, equipment, furniture, and other operational materials.

Support the team during busy hours, special events, functions, and other activities.

Assist in clearing and resetting tables and designated service areas when required.

Ensure required supplies and materials are available at the appropriate locations.





Assist with receiving, unloading, sorting, and storing supplies and materials.

Report damaged equipment, shortages, spills, maintenance issues, or other operational concerns to the supervisor.

Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.

Handle company equipment, utensils, supplies, and other materials carefully.

Assist different departments as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional working environment.

Follow daily opening, operating, and closing procedures as assigned.

Provide basic assistance to guests when required and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Maintain professional behaviour and respectful communication with guests and colleagues.

Complete assigned tasks within the required time.

Follow company policies, procedures, and instructions from supervisors.

Perform other general operational and support duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Minimum 8th/10th pass preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, facility operations, housekeeping, retail, or a similar environment is preferred.

Freshers may also apply.





Physically fit and comfortable performing active and support-related duties.

Hardworking, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks properly.

Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
