About the Role

We are looking for an experienced home loan manager to manage the end-to-end home loan process for customers purchasing residential properties through our platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in home loans, mortgage finance, DSA, banking/NBFC, or housing finance, with the ability to evaluate customer and property eligibility, coordinate with multiple banks/financial institutions, manage documentation, and drive loan closures.

This role requires strong customer handling, negotiation, convincing, coordination, and sales-generation skills, along with a valuable understanding of the real estate and home finance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete home loan process from customer requirement assessment to sanction and disbursement.
- Collect, verify, and coordinate all required customer and property-related documentation.
- Understand the buyer's financial profile, loan requirement, eligibility, income, and documentation.
- Evaluate the property and identify which banks/NBFCs are suitable for financing the particular property.
- Coordinate with multiple banks, NBFCs, DSAs, credit teams, legal teams, and other financial institutions for loan processing.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth home loan journey for every buyer.
- Coordinate for property-related legal, technical, valuation, and verification requirements wherever required.
- Follow up with banks/financial institutions for login, processing, sanction, disbursement, and pending documentation.
- Explain loan options, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation, and other relevant terms to customers.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns and convince customers to proceed with suitable financing options.




- Negotiate with customers and financial institutions wherever required to facilitate successful loan closure.
- Ensure timely resolution of documentation or approval-related issues.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with buyers until successful loan sanction and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of loan applications, status, pending documents, sanctions, and disbursements.
- Achieve defined home loan conversion, sales, and disbursement targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Housing Finance, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or related financial services.
- Robust hands-on experience in home loan processing and mortgage documentation.
- Experience handling the complete loan lifecycle from login documentation credit/legal/technical processing sanction disbursement.
- Strong understanding of bank/NBFC home loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processes.
- Experience working with multiple banks/NBFCs/DSAs and identifying the right lender based on customer and property profiles.
- Prior experience in a real estate/property environment will be highly preferred.
- Strong customer-facing, negotiation, convincing, and objection-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Operations, Legal, Credit, Banking, and external stakeholders.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to generate and convert home loan business.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven real estate/PropTech environment.
