We are seeking a meticulous Style Editor with a robust background in digital publishing to join our content production team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all manuscripts, research articles, and books comply perfectly with publisher-specific house styles and international formatting manuals, while optimizing the content structure for ePub, Mobi, and HTML conversion.

Key responsibilities

- Enhancing authors text to improve the overall readability of research articles.
- Handling high level of copy editing which includes both style and language aspects.
- Handling heavy math articles/books.
- Handling complex tables and chemical equations.
- Familiar with various style manuals such as Chicago, APA, CBE, AMA and MLA.
- Enhancing the authors language style.




- Eye for details to identify poorly written articles.

Skill & Experience:
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Copy Editing / Language Editing of journals/books with high emphasis on quality.
- Sound knowledge in concepts of copy editing.
- Familiar with publishers house style and journal specifications.
- Excellent command over English (both written and verbal skills).
- Strong in English grammar, especially in subjectverb agreement.
- Flexible to work in rotational shift.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Mastery of journal styles, usage, etc.
