Job Position: ServiceNow Telecom Service Management (TSM) Architect Work Location: Greater Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.

Experience: 8+ to 15+ Years Mandatory Keywords: ServiceNow, ServiceNow TSM (Telecom Service Management Architect/ TSOM, Telecom Domain, ITSM, CSM, CMDB & Service Catalog, Integration Hub & Flow Designer, Discovery & Service Mapping, Event Management, Key Responsibilities - Define end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow TSM/TSOM implementations.

- Lead discovery workshops, requirement analysis, solution blueprinting, and architecture design.
- Design solutions for Service Order Management, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Service Inventory, Resource Inventory, and Network Service Lifecycle.
- Design telecom-specific solutions for Fiber, Mobile, Enterprise Connectivity, SD-WAN and Broadband services.
- Define integrations with OSS, BSS, CRM, ERP, Inventory, Activation, Monitoring and Network Management Systems.
- Architect REST/SOAP, API-led, middleware and event-based integrations.
- Establish ServiceNow architecture standards, governance, reusable design patterns, and platform roadmap.




- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Work with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, product owners and telecom operations teams.
- Support RFP/RFI, solution estimation and technical proposals.
- Mentor senior developers and technical leads.
