What You'll Do Provide solution leadership across Oracle Fusion Financials modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Lead solution design and implementation across Oracle PPM modules: Project Foundation Project Costing Project Billing Grants Management Project Contracts Guide project-centric finance transformations involving: Revenue Recognition Capitalization Cost Accounting Project Financial Management Lead Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to Oracle Cloud Financials & PPM migration programs Drive adoption of Oracle leading practices, cloud-native capabilities, automation frameworks, and advanced reporting solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders, client leadership teams,
and cross-functional delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes What We're Looking For Required Experience 6-11 years of experience in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Applications Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle PPM Proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud transformation programs Experience managing large delivery teams within a global delivery model Strong background in Oracle EBS to Oracle Cloud Financials & PPM migrations Expertise in delivery governance, risk management, and Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies Strong stakeholder management and client-facing leadership skills Manufacturing industry domain experience preferred Preferred Skills Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Leadership Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Enterprise Finance Transformation Solution Architecture Program Delivery Management Cloud Migration Strategy Revenue & Cost Accounting Manufacturing Domain Expertise Why Join Us?
