:
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare candidate requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on experience, communication skills, attitude, availability, salary expectations, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate document collection and pre-employment verification as required.
- Prepare candidate details and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
- Maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming AL manpower requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as CVs sourced, candidates contacted, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, and joined.
