Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring Technical Troubleshooting Executives for our Noida office. The role involves diagnosing and resolving customer-reported technical issues over calls/chat in a blended Domestic process. Ideal for candidates who are patient, logical, and confident handling step-by-step technical troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers (device/software/service related)
- Guide customers step-by-step through troubleshooting processes to resolve issues on first contact
- Identify root cause of recurring technical problems and provide accurate solutions
- Log issue details, troubleshooting steps taken, and resolution in the system accurately
- Educate customers on preventive steps to avoid repeat technical issues

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers and Experienced candidates both welcome




- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate both can apply
- Decent communication skills in Hindi & English (spoken and written)
- Strong logical and analytical thinking for issue diagnosis
- High patience level to handle repeated troubleshooting steps with customers

Salary & Compensation:

- Freshers: 19,000/month (18,300 in-hand)
- Experienced: Up to 23,000 CTC
- Training Period: 20 days paid training with stipend compensation
- Salary Start Date: From Day 21 onwards (post-training), regular salary applicable

Shift & Working Days:

- Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts 24*7
- Female Candidates: Fixed Day Shift Window 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 Days Working
- Process Type: Blended (Voice + Non-Voice), Domestic
