Role & responsibilities
Process and verify customer and account-related documents.
Perform data entry, data validation, and record maintenance.
Update customer information and maintain accurate databases.
Process service requests and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Coordinate with branch, customer service, and internal operations teams.
Check documents for completeness and accuracy as per bank procedures.
Maintain proper records of transactions, applications, and customer requests.
Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and update MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
Age below 26years are allowed willing to relocate across Andhra Pradesh
