Greetings we are looking for Order Management Specialist in Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities
- Basic experience of 2+ year in Order Management / Supply Chain / O2C.
- Handle customer orders, sales order entry, order validation and purchasing activities.
- Experience in Quote creation/validation and order processing.
- Working knowledge of SAP; SAP CRM/Salesforce preferred.
- Handle returns, claims, chargebacks and credit/debit memo activities.
- Ensure accurate processing within SLA, quality and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with customers/stakeholders and resolve routine queries.
- Perform data validation, reporting and issue escalation.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
Working Days -5(24/7 Rotational Shifts) Salary upto 5.5LPA
