Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Golang, Azure Cloud, and ReactJS to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on development experience along with the ability to work with global clients and cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technically strong professional who can independently own development and deployment activities, collaborate with stakeholders across different regions, and contribute to solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Golang.
- Develop responsive and high-performing user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Azure services for application development, deployment, and support.
- Manage application deployment across Azure cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, and containerized application deployments.
- Implement cloud-native solutions with focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for deployed applications.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, code reviews, and development standards.
- Collaborate with globally distributed engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business teams.




- Interact directly with global clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical updates, and resolve issues.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide effort/technical estimates.
- Take ownership of deliverables throughout the complete SDLC, from development through deployment and production support.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.

Mandatory Skills

- 8 to 13 years of overall software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang/Go.
- Robust experience with ReactJS and modern frontend development.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience in application deployment and CI/CD.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global/international clients and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Azure Functions, App Services, AKS, Azure Storage, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB.
- Kafka or other messaging/event-driven technologies.
- PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
- Git, GitHub/GitLab/Azure Repos.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or ARM/Bicep.
- Monitoring and logging using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or similar tools.
- Experience with security, authentication, OAuth2/JWT, and API gateways.
- Experience in performance optimization and production troubleshooting.
