Job Title: IPDRG Medical Coder

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 1+ Year

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC

Work Mode: Work From Office

We are looking for experienced IPDRG Medical Coders with robust knowledge of inpatient coding, DRG assignment, and clinical documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IPDRG coding and be proficient in applying ICD-10-CM/PCS coding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform accurate IPDRG coding for inpatient medical records.
- Assign appropriate DRGs based on diagnoses, procedures, and clinical documentation.
- Review medical records and identify relevant diagnoses, procedures, and complications/comorbidities.
- Apply ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS coding guidelines accurately.
- Ensure coding accuracy, quality, and compliance with established guidelines.




- Review physician documentation and identify coding opportunities where applicable.
- Meet defined productivity and quality targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in IPDRG coding.
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS and inpatient coding guidelines.
- Candidates with CPC / CCS / CIC certification preferred.
- Good understanding of inpatient medical terminology and clinical documentation.
- Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
- Willingness to work from the Hyderabad office.
