We are looking for an experienced Family Office Accounts to handle end-to-end financial operations, investments, taxation, compliance, reporting, and coordination with multiple stakeholders for a family office setup. The role requires solid exposure to Indian taxation, investment monitoring, and high standards of confidentiality and governanc e.

Key Responsibilitie s : Liaison with banks, NBFCs, stock brokers, PMS/AIF managers, wealth advisors, custodians, and insurance compa nies Coordinate account openings, KYC, investment execution, redemptions, and documenta tion Track corporate actions, dividends, interest income, and maturity proc eeds Monitor and track performance across asset classes such as equities, mutual funds, PMS, AIFs, fixed income, bonds, real estate, and alternat ives Reconcile broker statements, CAS, bank accounts, and custodian rep orts Manage income tax filings for individu als. Ensure timely payment of advance tax, self-assessment tax,



and statutory dues Handle TDS compliance including deductions, returns, and Form 16 / 16 AManage GST compliance where applic able Manage banking operations, fund flows, cash flow planning, and paym ents Maintain financial records, investment registers, and audit-ready documenta tion Ensure strict confidentiality and support governance and compliance requirem ents
