Job Responsibilities
Source and screen 100+ candidate profiles daily using internal database, job portals, and social media platforms
Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate communication, qualifications, and job fit
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with shortlisted candidates to ensure walk-in attendance
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and status sheets
Support senior recruiters with bulk hiring drives and walk-in events
Build a robust pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future job openings
Skills Required
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
Basic understanding of recruitment cycle (training will be provided)
Good interpersonal and coordination skills
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
Confidence to speak to 100+ candidates daily
