Role Description The Hiring Autocad, Revit, Fusion 360 Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion 360 for corporate and academic participants, focusing on practical application and industry-relevant project work.

Daily responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom sessions and hands-on labs, mentoring learners on software workflows and design standards,



and providing constructive feedback on assignments and project submissions. The role also involves collaborating with the training team to update course content, aligning modules with current industry practices, and supporting assessments and certification processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to create, interpret, and teach Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans and technical documentation.
- Solid skills in Drawing and Space Planning to guide learners in layout design, functional space utilization, and concept visualization.
- Effective Communication skills to explain complex design tools clearly, manage classroom interactions, and provide supportive learner feedback.
- Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and Fusion 360, with experience in real-world design or engineering projects.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or faculty in CAD/BIM or design-related domains is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
- Ability to structure curricula, develop training materials, and use modern teaching aids and presentation tools.
- Strong organizational skills and professionalism in managing batches, schedules, and learner progress tracking.
