Looking for Exerienced and target-driven International Outbound Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have robust experience handling outbound sales campaigns for the Australian market, preferably within the insurance domain.

We are seeking professionals who are confident communicators, skilled negotiators, and capable of consistently achieving sales targets in a fast-paced international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound sales calls for the Australian market
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers
- Promote and sell insurance-related products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions




- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow sales scripts, compliance standards, and quality processes
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts (6 AM – 2 PM)
- Experience using CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Strong listening, persuasion, and closing skills

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
