Location: Dabaspet Industrial Area, Karnataka CTC: ₹30–35 LPA Experience: 14–25 Years Qualification: BE/M.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Key Requirements

Solid experience in Precision &

• Mass Production Expertise in CNC Turning &

• Milling (4–5 Axis) Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens & similar CNC controls Strong exposure to Turning, Milling, Grinding &

• Heat Treatment Knowledge of Cutting Tools, AutoCAD, SolidWorks &

• CAM Experience managing 100–150+ manpower across multiple departments Strong command over Production Planning, Productivity, Rejections &

• Manpower Management Experience in Material Cost Control, Machine Capacity &





• Shop Loading Proven ability to drive daily/weekly/monthly production & delivery targets Good communication & presentation skills Kannada + English communication required
