AI Reputation is a state of the art, AI native online reputation management and crisis advisory firm. We serve executives, founders, licensed professionals, investors, and companies whose search results no longer reflect who they actually are. We optimize both traditional search rankings and how AI answer engines describe our clients.

About the role

This is the first senior technical hire on our team and it reports directly to the CEO. You will own the systems the entire business runs on, and you will be judged on uptime, speed, and the quality of what you ship. The trajectory for the right person is CTO.

We are looking for an operator, not an advisor.

What you will own

- Architecture, buildout, and reliability of our production infrastructure
- Automation of internal operations so that nothing that can be automated stays manual
- Integrations across our API surface, including third party platforms and data providers
- Security, access control, credential management, and compliance posture
- Monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response
- Cost and performance across all cloud and vendor spend
- Technical standards and hiring as the engineering function grows

What we expect





- Seven or more years building and running production systems with real ownership of the outcome
- Deep fluency with cloud infrastructure, serverless, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices
- Strong API engineering skills and comfort connecting systems that were never meant to talk to each other
- Practical experience applying AI and LLM tooling to real production workflows, not demos
- A bias toward shipping. You move quick, you document, and you do not need to be managed
- Clear written communication and the judgment to make decisions without a committee

Nice to have

- Experience at an early stage company where you were the one who built it
- Background in data pipelines, scraping, or large scale enrichment
- Security or compliance certifications

Details

- Fully remote, based in India
- Overlap required with 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Pacific for daily standups and live incident response
- Engaged as a contractor through an employer of record
- Reports to the CEO and COO
