The Department of Mechanical Engineering offers B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (MEE), B.Tech in Robotics and Automation (RAE), and M.Tech in Robotics and Automation (RAU), in addition to PhD program in the department. The department is looking for its HOD (Head of Department)/Chairperson with the following :

PhD from a reputed institute, in the frontiers areas of Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, etc.





MTech/MS and B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering from reputed institute(s).

15+ Years of Teaching Experience.

Valuable research outputs in high impact journal papers, reputed conferences, etc.

Track record of funding from Govt./Industries for projects/product development.

Adminstrative experience of leading a department.

Experience in accredition (NAAC, NBA, etc.).

Brief experience in industries (desirable).

The candidate should have demonstrated his/her drive to take up responsibilities and lead from the front.
