Job DescriptionWe're hiring for a fast-growing D2C Beauty & Personal Care brand looking to scale its creator ecosystem and influencer-led growth.

NWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Head – D2C to lead and scale D2C business. The role will own revenue, profitability, growth, customer retention and the overall D2C customer journey.

NKey Responsibilities

- Own the D2C P&L;, revenue, gross margin, contribution and profitability.

- Lead the digital commerce journey across Shopify, CRO, merchandising, SKU management, conversion, COD/prepaid, RTO and fulfilment economics.
N
- Drive growth across Meta, Google, Affiliates and Partnerships, with a strong focus on marketing efficiency.
N
- Build and scale CRM andretention through WhatsApp, Email and other channels to improve repeat purchases and LTV.
N
- Partner with Influencer, DV360, OTT, Brand and PR teams to convert demand generation into measurable business growth.
N
- Work closely with the Marketplaces team to drive brand search and overall business growth.
N




- Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and make clear, commercially sound decisions.

- Develop and execute quarterly and monthly growth plans aligned with overall business objectives.
N
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across the organization.

nWhat We're LookingFor

N

- 4+ years of experience in D2C, Growth, E-commerce or Consumer businesses.
N
- Robust understanding ofD2C, digital commerce, performance marketing, CRM and unit economics.
N
- Proven experience in revenue growth and P&L; ownership.
N
- Strong exposure to Meta, Google, Affiliates, Partnerships and other growth channels.
N
- Experience with Shopify, CRO, customer retention and LTV will be preferred.
N
- Highly analytical, commercially sharp and comfortable working with business metrics.
N
- Strong ownership, execution mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Excellent cross-functional and stakeholder management skills.
