About the Role

Villa is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve authentic Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian dishes.

Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food.

Plan and manage daily kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.

Monitor inventory, manage stock, and minimize food wastage.

Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.

Supervise and support kitchen staff.

Prepare orders on time while maintaining quality.

Requirements





Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality establishment.

Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine.

Valuable knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.

Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
