Job Title: Accounts Head – Retail Store

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head with solid knowledge of accounting, statutory compliance, and balance sheet finalisation to manage the complete accounts function of a retail business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting, books of accounts, and monthly/year-end closing.
- Prepare and finalise balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial reports.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory filings and payments.
- Oversee bank, vendor, customer, and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, payments, and retail sales settlements.
- Coordinate with the CA and auditors for audits, tax matters, and compliance.
- Supervise the accounts team and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements:

- B.Com/M.Com; CA or CA Inter preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of statutory compliances and balance sheet finalisation.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Prior experience managing accounts independently; retail experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
