Core Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule front-line team members (like guest service agents or attendants).
- Guest Relations: Greet visitors, handle special requests, and resolve customer complaints quickly.
- Operations Support: Oversee check-ins/check-outs, manage cash drawers or registers, and monitor facility safety rules.
- Department Coordination: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to keep operations running smoothly.
- Administrative Tasks: Track inventory, prepare shift reports, and review customer feedback.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
