RiStudio is a premium cosmetic tattoo and brow studio in Recent Delhi, known for its high standards, personalised service and discerning clientele, including celebrities and high-profile clients. We’re looking for someone who understands that great client experience is about much more than a warm welcome. What we’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele Calm and composed when handling difficult or unexpected situations Proactive,



organised and able to take ownership Strong sales and client-conversion skills Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills Comfortable with Excel, Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management software High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented personality Most importantly: We’re looking for someone who is smart, switched-on, warm and solution-oriented . Someone who can manage a busy day, handle a demanding client with grace, follow up on a lead without being pushy, and notice the little things that make a client's experience exceptional.
